What currency are the prices on the site?

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Please allow 24–48 hours for processing your order before it ships. Average shipping times within the EU are 9–13 business days, excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please email us at info@healthivo.store.

I’m not satisfied with my order. Can it be returned? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Provide your order number and any supporting photos so we can assist you promptly.

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense.

  • Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.

  • If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order at any time before it ships with no penalty.
If the item has already been dispatched, please use our return system to get a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If your address was incorrect or misspelled, reply to your order confirmation email immediately.

  • We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, and no refund will be issued for shipments sent to an incorrect address.
